This is the crowned King of barbeque in the American South.
Thousands fought and died for it (OK, that was over something
else, but it sounded good). Infused with our super secret rub and
slow smoked to perfection. It doesn't need sauce, the flavor is in
the meat. Moist, tender, glistening...pavlov kicking in, yet? 7.95
Texas Brisket
Our Brisket goes through a lengthy 4 day process to make
it like it is. Few people (except us) are crazy enough to spend
that kind of time on it, but we think it's worth it. 8.95
Smoked Sausage
The first recognizable mention of sausage is found in a Greek
play called "The Orya," or "The Sausage," written about 500 B.C.
It was also a favorite food of the Romans, at one time becoming
so popular for festive occasions that it was placed under the
ban of the early church. I am pretty sure they are fine with it now.

"wiener schnitzel" and the Texans smothered it in gravy and
